The territory of Conversano is a deeply karst territory with many karst sinkholes turning into water reserves in the rainy seasons. The so called “Lakes of Conversano”. This bottle is the celebration of the Agnano Lake, located south of Conversano. The pattern of this bottle evokes the Apulian ceramics, the colors of the earth and water.
Organoleptic profile
A delicate fruity aroma, enhanced by vegetal notes of almond, artichoke, and green leaf. On the palate, a light intensity of bitterness and spiciness, balanced in harmony.
